Description

The cosmetic filling machine is working with PLC control system, which makes the machine more accurate and stable. The station rotation adopts precise cam indexing mechanism for precise and smooth positioning.

Features of Filling and Sealing Machine

1. This liquid tube filling machinery is highly automatic, which can finish load tubes, check color codes, filling, seal, end-capping, batch numbers, back-end crop and exit tubes automatically.
2. Chain drive of cosmetic filling machine is available, parallel programs of station rotation and chain drive ensures the high efficiency.
3. The heating part adopts inner heating mode by using LEISTER air-heater imported from Switzerland, which melt down plastic stuff by puffing hot air to the inwall of tubes, and then stamping odontogram and batch numbers from the back ends, which leading to high-quality sealing.
