Description
Automatic powder ribbon mixer (horizontal powder mixing machine) is composed of spiral ribbon transmission parts. The spiral ribbon is made of two layers. That is, thinner ribbon makes the material move outwards, while the external ribbon makes the material move inwards which forms a good circulation of material.
Application
Automatic powder ribbon mixer is widely used for kind of powder materials, such as milk powder, bean powder, chicken essence and starch powder. It can match with our feeder for the entire packaging line. The whole machine is made of stainless steel except the motor and axletree.
Features of Horizontal Powder Mixing Machine
1. Taiwan’s maintenance-free vertical motor: Up and down double direction is adjustable
2. Reverse and clockwise double-helix: strong ability to deal with the material and not easy to block.
3. The end cover is made of the thick stainless steel, and the stainless steel framework is concision and easy to clean up.
4. Unique anti-dust design ensures that the axletree is not easy to be polluted.
