Description
Our XFLK granule sachet packaging machine are well applied in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and light industries, including granule packing machine, powder packing machine, liquid packing machine to pack such stuff as granule, powder, liquid, and paste into small packages.
Application
Automatic granule packing equipment is suitable for automatic packaging of loose, non adhesive and small granules of foods, medicine and chemicals, such as soup material, instant herbal mixture, drying agent, glutamate, sugar and oatmeal etc.
Features of XFL-K Granule Sachet Packaging Machine
1. Bag-making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting are all finished automatically.
2. Either length control setting or photoelectric color tracing, bag length is set and cut in one step, which save time and film.
3. The temperature is under independent PID control, which is more suitable for different packing materials.
4. Code printer is addable, which can print date of manufacture, expiration date and validity date.
5. The driving system is simple and reliable, and its maintenance is easier.
6. Applicable material should be heat sealable films like: PET/PE, Paper/PE, PET/AL (PET-AL) PE, OPP/PE.
