Sauce Packing Equipment

Description

The sauce packing equipment is generally used when the product is fragile and cannot withstand a high drop. It is also considered where the customer requires a stand up pouch or a pouch with a zipper or spout that facilitates ease of opening and comfortable consumption of products. HFFS machines can deliver shaped pouches, which result in better product aesthetics and shelf presence.

With simple design and 100% pouch opening rate, three-side or four-side seal of pouch is available with kinds of blanking devices to packing different materials. Automatic jam packaging equipment is suitable for packing liquid or paste material, such as jelly, juice, sauce, ketchup, oil, etc.

Technical Character

1. The sauce packing equipment adopts CPU to control each function states, and setup the PLC man-machine conversation interface.
2. The double channel temperature of the horizontal is controlled by intelligent temperature controlling device.
3. The packaging speed can be adjusted continuously within specified range. Orientation open mouth and stop.
